Terms & Conditions of Enrollment
2026 Wildwood Sisterhood Modern Mystery School
(January– December, 2026)
1. Commitment & Enrollment
By purchasing enrollment in the 2026 Wildwood Sisterhood Modern Mystery School (“the Course”), you acknowledge and agree:
The Course is a 12-month program running from January, 2026 through December, 2026.
Enrollment represents a full-year commitment regardless of your level of participation.
2. Tuition & Payments
Tuition Options: Tuition may be paid in full at registration or in installments via the payment plan option, if available.
Payment Plans: By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all scheduled installments in full. Missed or late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Non-Refundable: All tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of withdrawal, absence, or dissatisfaction with the Course.
Failure to Pay: If payment obligations are not met, access to Course content, live sessions, or materials may be revoked.
3. Cancellations & Transfers
No Cancellations: Once enrolled, you may not cancel or withdraw for a refund.
No Transfers: Enrollment is personal and may not be transferred to another individual.
4. Course Access
You will receive access to Course materials, sessions, and community spaces as described in the Course offering.
Access is for your individual use only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold.
5. Intellectual Property
All Course content, materials, recordings, and written resources are the intellectual property of Waymarkers and its facilitators.
You are granted a limited license to use materials for personal learning only.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of Course content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written permission.
6. Participant Responsibility
By enrolling, you agree to:
Show respect for other participants and facilitators.
Maintain confidentiality of personal or sensitive information shared in the Course.
Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or abusive behavior.
The facilitators reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.
7. Technology & Access
You are responsible for ensuring adequate internet access, devices, and technology to participate.
The Course provider is not responsible for technical issues outside its control.
8. Health & Well-Being Disclaimer
The Course may include practices that are reflective, spiritual, or somatic in nature.
This program is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
By enrolling, you affirm that you are responsible for your own well-being and participation.
9. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Waymarkers, its facilitators, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Course.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for Course administration and communication.
We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith dialogue and mediation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in the courts of King County, Washington.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of Enrollment.
